World Champion 2025
Naja Ritter
ABOUT ME
Chaotic, creative and ambitious — that's how I would describe myself. I grew up with my family on Ritterfarm, a farm in the Emmental, and still live there. When I'm not chasing the floorball, I love spending time with my family or friends. I also really enjoy pottery on the wheel, which gives me a great balance to sport.
Professional commitments are also on the agenda, as I study at PH Bern with the goal of becoming a primary school teacher, and on the side I work with a small workload at a regular school.
PROJECT
SWEDEN
A childhood dream becoming reality. From early August I will be based in Uppsala, Sweden and under contract with Storvreta. With the move to Storvreta IBK I am taking the next step in my career.
My goal is to prove myself in the best floorball league in the world and continue to develop. There will be lots of new experiences ahead and I want to share them with you. I will keep you up to date with a blog post twice a month.

STORVRETA IBK
A New Chapter
After my debut in the first team in 2019/2020, I was a regular part of the squad until 2026. During this time, I became Vice Swiss Champion twice and reached the Cup Final three times.
NATIONAL TEAM
Playing for Switzerland
As a junior, I participated in the U19 World Championships twice. I made my senior national team debut in 2024. In 2025, I won third place at the World Games in Chengdu and the World Championship title in Ostrava.
ELITE SPORT RECRUIT SCHOOL
Magglingen 2024
In 2024, I completed the Elite Sport Recruit School in Magglingen — a Swiss military programme for top athletes. After three weeks of basic training, an intensive training phase followed, including media training and guidance on working with sponsors. It was a summer I thoroughly enjoyed, with the opportunity to live and train like a professional athlete. Since then, I have been able to spend my summers in Magglingen under optimal conditions, investing more time directly into my sport.
